I, Siôn Morton, hereby declare that Elena Liondeva worked in Bulgaria as a shortterm
Senior Expert on behalf of POHL CONSULTING & ASSOCIATES. The specific task
undertaken by Ms. Liondeva was to deliver a training session on Behavioural
Competencies of Project Management. The specific activities were:
"Management through projects - a comprehensive training in project management for up to 20 participants, including:
1.4.1. Detailed training on Project Management;
1.4.2. Examples of project management in government organisations;
The short term training mission took place within the context of an EC financed
project entitled "Development of a system of criteria and instruments for
organisational efficiency assessment" for the Bulgarian National Revenue Agency.
The overall aim of this project was to ensure alignment with the EC Acquis on
Taxation and strengthening of the administrative capacity of the Revenue Agency.
